Billing Information

In order to provide quick, convenient service and eliminate mailing delays, the University’s new electronic billing system will be the official means of generating tuition bills to students. Electronic Billing notification, also known as eBill, is a new online billing statement that will replace paper bills as of November 2007.

Paper bills will no longer be mailed.

Students and additional Authorized Users will receive monthly email notifications if a balance is due to the University, including Payment Plan participants.

Failure to receive an official university bill and/or e-notification does not relieve any student of financial responsibility for payment by the due dates.

Students can view their eBill by logging onto the UNC Charlotte Website and logging into 49er Express at www.uncc.edu/49erExpress/

Students may authorize family and friends to view their eBill. An Authorized User can view the student’s bill by logging on at: https://ecom.uncc.edu/C21561_tsa/web/login.jsp
